At CPT we are proud to design and manufacture cutting edge corrosion control solutions for reinforced concrete structures and masonry encased steel framed buildings. From our UK base we manufacture and distribute our unique DuoGuard and PatchGuard systems worldwide.

Our products are designed to be simple to install and operate – we use galvanic based systems including a powerful hybrid version called DuoGuard which uses a temporary power source (for one week) to substantially boost the protection lifetime (up to 50 years). No power source is required for this treatment after the initial seven day impressed current stage.

We also have a sacrificial anode called PatchGuard which is used for protecting concrete patch repairs from further corrosion activity around the perimeter of the patch. No power source is required for PatchGuard and the innovative design of the anode means it is up to three times more powerful than sacrificial anodes that are installed within the patch repair material (see the independent technical paper "Site Performance of Galvanic Anodes in Concrete Repairs" by Loughborough University). It is also particularly suitable in situations where sprayed concrete repairs are being undertaken as the anode is installed into the parent concrete, out of harm’s way.

Our products have been used by many large organisations for protection against steel reinforcing corrosion including Shell UK, The Highways Agency, Transport for London, Transport Scotland and Network Rail.

Although we are substantially a materials supplier, due to the specialist nature of our work and personnel, we also undertake testing and advise on appropriate corrosion protection solutions on a range of structures.

CPT work with Loughborough and Nottingham Universities and have published widely on the subject of reinforced concrete deterioration and remediation.

CPT personnel are qualified to level 1- 4 EN15257:2018

All our products are manufactured in the UK at our facility in Nottingham and conform to ISO 9001.
